HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER AT RESOURCEYYC?

Come to the ReSourceYYC office at 2000, 125 - 9th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 0P6 and ask at our front desk to sign up or contact us and we will sign you up online.

WHAT DOES AN OFFICE OR DESK SPACE AT RESOURCEYYC INCLUDE?

Furniture - All offices and drop-in spaces are furnished with Gunnar desks and ReSourceYYC chairs. Some offices have Gunnar filing cabinets, storage cabinets, cork boards and white boards.  You're also welcome to bring in additional or alternate furniture. Contact the ReSource Coordinator if you would like to make changes to the setup and it'll happen.

Reliable Internet - Hard wired (Ethernet) connections as well as access to Wi-Fi.

Boardroom Time - Office space comes with boardroom credits correlated with your office rental.

Printing/Copying/Scanning - We have a multi-function copier/scanner/printer. A number of black and white printing is included in office and desk rentals. Colour printing is available at an additional cost. 

Amenities and Extras - Atari console, "living room", member competitions, lunch n' learns, events & more. We try to have our members meet and connect with each other as much as possible.  

Large Format Plotter-We have a new plotter that can plot large-scale maps, graphics and more. It also includes a scanning function. Plotting is available at an additional cost.

DOES RESOURCEYYC HAVE WI-FI?

Yes! Just ask the front desk for the login credentials.

ARE OFFICE RENTAL AGREEMENTS REALLY MONTH TO MONTH?

Yes! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Please stop in anytime our office is open. Appointments for boardroom use guarantee availability.  

WHAT ARE BOARDROOM CREDITS?

Boardroom credits are used when you need to book a meeting room. 

IF THE BOARDROOM IS AVAILABLE, CAN I JUST GO IN AND USE IT?

Yes! Any space not booked can be used by ReSourceYYC Members.

ARE ALL RESOURCEYYC MEMBERS SHOWCASED ON THE WEBSITE?

No, only members who have given consent are showcased.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR RESOURCEYYC?

ReSourceYYC hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday. Closed on Federal and Provincial holidays. 

ARE RESOURCEYYC NETWORKING EVENTS FREE?

ReSourceYYC networking events are free to members. Non-members pay an entrance fee at some events.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY PET?

No, our building is a pet-free zone. Although The Petropolitan, Calgary’s first Downtown Pet Hotel, Dog Daycare and Salon & Spa is located just west of our building.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

We normally don’t allow children in our space on a regular basis but we are open to making exceptions. In order to maintain a professional atmosphere, we do ask that you keep an eye on your child while in our space.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

ReSourceYYC accepts all major credit cards. Pre-payments can be made by cheque for approved businesses.

CAN I BOOK THE BOARDROOM FOR THE WEEKEND?

Yes! All boardroom bookings must be approved by the ReSource Coordinator.
