COURSE DESCRIPTION

BEYOND THE BIO: DISCOVERING YOUR PERSONAL BRAND

Building a Personal Brand is a transformational journey that requires an immense amount of self-awareness. This includes understanding our strengths and exploring areas of development to gain insights when making decisions that will support our definitions of success.

Biographies are a rewarding recognition of talent and experience. Well-written content highlights accomplishments, character, and helps us gain credibility to establish relationships with clients, colleagues, and beyond. But, how well does a bio reflect and define who we are? What about our purpose... how has this changed?

In our post-pandemic world of work, we will be challenged to define the pillars that have supported our drive and momentum toward success:

Who, What, Where, When, Why…HOW?

This presentation will take us through the process of developing a Brand Identity through (re)discovering and(re)defining your personal brands by going beyond your name, your title, your location, your progression, and your experience...we will define purpose, one question at a time.

"Our approach to a new way of work aligns directly to our ability to be agile. Once we (re)discover our purpose, it will lead us to (re)define our personal brand." -Reena Khullar, Founder & CEO
