How business works, and the 11 things you need to get right to have a business and a life

In-Person Event

COURSE DESCRIPTION

“What are all the things you need to build a successful business?” In this talk, Neville introduces the Tornado Method, a framework of 11 elements that contain all the things you need to have a successful business—and a life. You will learn that your business has a Revenue Engine, a set of Building Blocks and (where the tornado hits the ground), the Getting Stuff Done layer. Neville will also show how you can quickly troubleshoot your business, use the Domino Sequence to decide where to focus next, and how to set up a practical business performance tracker.

Get these 11 things right, and you will have a successful business—and a life.
